The ABB NPBA-80 is a PROFIBUS adapter module engineered to seamlessly integrate ABB variable frequency drives into PROFIBUS-DP and PROFIBUS-FMS industrial networks, enabling high-speed data exchange and centralized control from PLC or DCS master stations . This fieldbus option module serves as the communication bridge between ABB AC drives and PROFIBUS networks, supporting both DP-V0 cyclic data exchange and DP-V1 acyclic parameter access .
