High precision power filtering and harmonic suppression

Support filtering out 2-50 harmonics,with a response time of less than 1 ms and a complete compensation time for step harmonics of less than 10 ms(1/2 cycle),significantly improving the power quality of the grid.

Provide three working modes:harmonic compensation only,harmonic and reactive power compensation,and harmonic compensation and three-phase current imbalance compensation,flexibly adapting to different load requirements.

Compact design and industrial grade protection

The volume is only 30%of similar products(88×440×680 mm),the weight is reduced by 20%(25 kg),and it supports wall mounted or rack mounted installation,saving space and facilitating expansion.

The shell adopts all stainless steel spray coating technology,and the exposed parts are made of stainless steel material.The protection level reaches IP54,which is suitable for harsh environments such as dust and humidity,and the service life exceeds 20 years.

Intelligent control and safety interlocking

Adopting 3DSP+CPLD full digital control technology,combined with high-speed IGBT inverter module,closed-loop control and fast dynamic response are achieved.

Equipped with bidirectional mechanical interlocking devices to ensure interlocking between the circuit breaker and the isolation switch(the isolation switch cannot be opened when the circuit breaker is closed,and the circuit breaker cannot be closed when the isolation switch is opened),improving operational safety.

Wide compatibility and scalability

Supports industrial bus protocols such as EtherCAT and Profibus,and can be integrated into mainstream PLC systems such as Siemens and ABB.
