Installation&Wiring Guidelines

Field Power:Connect an external 24 V DC supply to L+and M terminals on the module—do not rely on controller supply for large sensor banks.

Sensor Type:Use PNP(sourcing)sensors or dry contacts with external 24 V pull-up.

Cable Routing:Keep signal cables away from power/motor lines;use shielded twisted pairs for long runs(>10 m).

Grounding:Connect cable shield to mounting rail or dedicated ground terminal—not to signal ground(M).

Addressing:No DIP switches—address assigned automatically via EtherCAT topology in KeStudio.

Diagnostics&Troubleshooting

All LEDs off:Check EtherCAT connection and 24 V field supply.
